Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days within India. Express shipping is delivered within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship anywhere within India. For our international customers, please contact us directly at support@advaydecor.in or help@advaydecor.in for special shipping arrangements and custom duty calculations.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with a tracking number.

Secure Packaging

Every item is carefully verified and packaged securely to withstand transportation. We use eco-friendly and sturdy materials to ensure your fragile decor pieces arrive safely at your doorstep without any damage.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a unique tracking ID. You can track your package directly on our logistics partner's website or through your Advay Decor user profile dashboard.

Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, please note that shipping might occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions or regional logistical constraints. If your order shows a significant delay, our support team will actively assist you.
