5-Day Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free 5-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 5 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at support@advaydecor.in or help@advaydecor.in with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Such cases are eligible for an immediate replacement or full refund.
Refunds Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-made or personalized products, as well as items marked as "Final Sale". Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
